You recruit and approve your own partners. Promio gives you a signup page, referral tools, and a dashboard to manage them. Start with happy customers, creators, and partners who already know your product.

Shopify merchants connect through the Promio app and WooCommerce stores through the Promio plugin — no code. Other websites need a tracking snippet and a way to report conversions, which may require a developer. The launch checklist helps you verify that tracking works.

Free covers tracking, referral links, discount-code attribution and the ledger of who is owed what, for up to 5 active affiliates — with no time limit and no card. Plus (€29/month) adds unlimited affiliates, CSV exports and emailed invitations. Cancel any time; your records always stay.

Set a percentage or fixed reward and a refund window. Once a commission is past the refund window, it appears in your list of affiliates to pay. You pay them directly — by bank transfer, PayPal or store credit — and mark them paid. Promio never collects, holds or forwards the money.
